These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the NOVA application ("NOVA", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using NOVA, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the app.

  • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.

  • Attempt to access or interfere with the security or functionality of NOVA or any system associated with the app.

  • Use NOVA to transmit any harmful or unlawful content, including but not limited to malware, viruses, or other malicious code.

5. No Health Data Collection

NOVA does not collect, store, or process any personal health data. The only data collected is your name and email for authentication purposes. You agree not to input any health-related data into NOVA, and you acknowledge that NOVA is not intended to provide medical or health advice.

By using NOVA, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not share, sell, or rent your personal information to third parties.

7. Restrictions on Use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to NOVA at our discretion, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease, and you agree to discontinue use of NOVA.

  • No Medical Advice: NOVA is not intended to provide medical, health, or fitness advice. You should always seek professional advice before making decisions based on any information provided within the app.

  • No Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, NOVA and its creators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or any other losses arising from your use or inability to use the app.

  • App Availability: We do not guarantee that NOVA will be available, uninterrupted, or free from errors at all times. We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue the app at any time.
